Presentation files must be submitted no later than the day before the scheduled talk.

Files may be submitted:

The preferred file formats are PowerPoint (.pptx) and PDF (.pdf).

Can I use my own laptop for the presentation?

No. Personal laptops will not be allowed for presentations.

All presentations will be run through the audiovisual system provided by the event. Speakers should therefore submit their presentation file in advance.

What should I do on the day of my presentation?

Please arrive at the assigned room in advance of your session and introduce yourself to the session chair.

Speakers are also encouraged to confirm beforehand that their presentation file has been properly received and is working correctly.

Participation and presentation certificates will be made available in the participant's registration area shortly after the congress.
